2026 Annual Fundraiser: Rooted & Rising: With Courage & Faith Towards the Beloved Community!
Thank you to everyone who joined us last Sunday — your presence helped make Rooted & Rising a warm and meaningful celebration. During the event we raised $5,835.05, and with the generosity of our sponsors, ticket buyers, and individual donors we reached a total of $50,317.55 for Sacramento ACT.
We honored Jim Keddy for 30 years of devoted service to children and youth, and we took a tender moment to remember Howard Lawrence — his tribute video is available to watch [link]. We also recognized Meg Gunderson of the Unitarian Universalist Society of Sacramento for her powerful advocacy at the Capitol during recent lobby days.
